| With the Soviet navy largely bottled up in harbour, many sailors were pressed into service as frontline infantry, often still wearing their black naval uniform and striped telnyashka undershirt. Forty brigades and five regiments of naval infantry were formed, winning a reputation for tenacity in both defence and coastal landings on the Baltic and Black Seas, and German troops nicknamed them the Black Death. This Bolt Action veteran squad contains 12 Warlord Resin 28mm miniatures: one NCO with submachine gun, one soldier with an LMG and ten soldiers with submachine guns, along with plastic bases. Naval Brigade units are part of the Hammer & Sickle army special rules and benefit from the Tough Fighters rule. Sculpted by Wojtek Flis. A hard-hitting close-range squad for Soviet armies. Models are supplied unassembled and unpainted. | Regular price
