Renegade Con has wrapped, and wow – there’s a lot of new cardboard coming our way. From upgraded classics to new entries in the World of Darkness universe, here’s the lowdown on everything Renegade Con has just announced.
The Fox in the Forest Deluxe Deluxe Edition
Because one “Deluxe” just wasn’t enough! The Fox in the Forest is back, shinier and fancier than ever. This two-player trick-taking gem now comes with:
- All-new illustrations and foil-stamped cards
- Acrylic point tokens
- Three fresh gameplay modules
Those modules add special powers, alternative scoring, and – our favourite – poison cards that make grabbing eights a risky business.
Robo Rally Dice
The chaos of Robo Rally, but faster and with dice. This real-time version has players rolling and locking in actions to zip around checkpoints, grab upgrades, and (hopefully) not crash into each other.
It’s a standalone game but totally compatible with any factory board from previous Robo Rally sets.
Axis & Allies: Commanders
The classic wargame just got personal. Now, instead of just representing your nation, you secretly choose a Commander – a real historical figure like Eisenhower, Yamamoto, or Rommel – each with special abilities that can sway the battle.
With new artwork and two play modes (basic and expert), this expansion gives Axis & Allies fans a whole new layer of strategy.
Sea Scroll
A light, deceptively tricky card game where you’re collecting fish – but be careful, because too much greed and your schools won’t score!
It’s got a stunning paper-quilling art style by Yulia Brodskaya, 13 variant cards for replayability, and that “just one more round” vibe we love.
Vampire: The Masquerade – Live from the Succubus Club
Time to take the stage! In this music-themed chronicle for Vampire: The Masquerade, you’ll form your own band, tour through Europe, and balance fame with the Masquerade’s dark rules.
Includes:
- 6 scenarios across Berlin, Vienna, and Paris
- New vampires, rivals, and story hooks (meet your rival band, Pale Sunrise)
- 11 new merits, 9 flaws, and 7 new Discipline powers
- Guidance for running your own club-based chronicle
- Basically, it’s Rock Band meets the World of Darkness
Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Chronicle of the Black Labyrinth
The Black Labyrinth is open again for the first time in 30 years. This new edition blends updated lore with classic Laws of the Wild content, presenting everything as an eerie in-world artifact.
It’s educational, horrifying, and perfect for GMs who like a good prop.
Mycologist’s Primer & Flash Cards
For anyone who’s ever thought, “I wish I knew more about magical mushrooms.”
This gorgeous hardcover is packed with 360 pages of fungi facts, folklore, and RPG tools. It’s completely system-agnostic, so you can drop its content into any game world. Expect:
- 100 illustrated magical fungi
- Lore on mushroom ecology and fungal magic
- Random tables, quest hooks, and crafting ideas
There’s also a matching deck of 100 flash cards for easy reference.
Diplomacy: The Golden Blade Card Game
All the scheming, alliance-breaking fun of Diplomacy, distilled into a faster, card-driven version that plays in about 15 minutes per player.
It’s strategic, simple to learn, and – best of all – there’s no player elimination. You can backstab your friends right up until the end.
Werewolf: The Apocalypse – The Coming Destruction
A perfect toolkit for new Werewolf storytellers or veterans looking for plug-and-play material.
This anthology includes:
- 23 interconnected stories
- 10 recurring NPCs
- 8 locations and 3 Septs to revisit
- Appendices full of extra content and story hooks
Run it as a massive year-long chronicle or dip in for quick one-shots.
Hunter: The Reckoning – Legacy of Defiance
We’re wrapping up Renegade Con – and Hunters, it’s time to dig into your bloodlines. This new sourcebook adds Lineages, each with deep lore and unique abilities, alongside new Drives, Cell types, and a four-part Chronicle that offers 20+ hours of play.
Expect mystery, danger, and plenty of supernatural threats to track down.
