| Raise a brood of beetles from humble grub to mighty adult in Stag, a simultaneous strategy game from Split Stone Games where smart planning earns points - but greed can cost you dearly. Designed and illustrated by J.J. Neville, the creator of Mycelia, Stag follows the life cycle of beetles as you plan your actions with action tiles, resolve them at the same time as your rivals, grow your beetles through grub, pupa and adult stages and prepare for the showdown that decides the winner. The Standard Edition includes a three-layer rotating board, 42 hand-drawn beetle cards, 24 beetle, pupa and grub tokens, action tiles and mats, cardboard resource and point tokens, a custom insert and a solo mode against an automaton. For 1-4 players, ages 12+, with games taking roughly 60-120 minutes. A beautifully produced strategy game for gamers who love nature themes and tricky planning. | Regular price
