Zatu Games Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter Information: For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Zatu Games, whose social media handle is @ZatuGames. The "Prize" refers to the item(s) being offered in the giveaway as detailed on the respective giveaway post.
2. Acceptance of Terms: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by the closing time and date specified in the giveaway post. One (1) winner will be selected at random by The Promoter on the specified date and notified thereafter.

3. Eligibility:

   1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

4. Entry Requirements:

   1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, unless otherwise specified.
   2. Each entrant may submit multiple entries per giveaway using the specified methods. There is no maximum amount of entries.
   3. Entries must comply with the methods specified in the giveaway post, such as tagging another user in the comments and following @ZatuGames on Instagram and/or Facebook and/or X.

5. Platform Notice:

   1. This giveaway is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or X.
   2. Participants release Instagram and Facebook and X from any responsibility related to the giveaway.

6. Winner Selection:

   1. The winner will be chosen at random using a random number generator or similar impartial method.
   2. The Prize will be awarded to a valid entry that complies with these terms.

7. Prize Information:

   1. The Prize is as stated in the giveaway post and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
   2. If the Prize is unavailable, Zatu Games reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or higher value.
   3. The Promoter is not responsible for any failure to deliver the Prize due to incorrect contact information or other factors outside its control.

8. Liability:

   1. Zatu Games accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries.
   2. To the extent permitted by law, The Promoter’s liability is limited to the cost price of the Prize.

9. Personal Data:

   1. The winner may be required to provide their name, address, email, and phone number for Prize fulfilment purposes. This information will be used solely for the delivery of the Prize.

10. General Conditions:

    1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or amend the giveaway or its terms and conditions if circumstances arise beyond its control.
    2. The Promoter’s decision on all matters related to the giveaway is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    3. The winner’s name and social media handle may be published on Zatu Games’ social media channels after the Prize has been awarded.

By participating in Zatu Games’ giveaways, entrants confirm their compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

 

UKGE Giveaway Terms & Conditions: 

1. Open to UK residents only.
2. Prize: 2x adult 3-day UKGE tickets, hotel accommodation (for 2 adults (18+) and room for one child between 5-15) and travel expenses.
   
3. Travel arrangements and expenses must be agreed in advance.
   
4. If the winner cannot attend, an alternative prize of equivalent value may be offered at the Promoter’s discretion.
   
5. Winner selected at random. If no response within 30 days, another winner may be chosen.

 

£5 Gift Code Terms & Conditions:

1. For every £50 spent in a single transaction, customers will receive a £5 gift code.
2. Spend thresholds apply per order (e.g. £100 = £10 gift code).
3. Gift codes will arrive by email within two weeks of purchase, sent to the email address used when placing the eligible order.
4. Gift codes have no cash value and are non-transferable.
   
5. Returned or refunded orders may affect eligibility for the gift code.
6. Customers who do not wish to receive the offer email can opt out by contacting our Customer Service team (team@zatu.com or 01603 801206).
