| Deep Shelf is a deep-sea exploration, engine-building and area-majority game from Ninth Haven Games, designed by Richard Keene. Humanity has turned to the ocean floor for resources, and you lead one of four highly asymmetric factions as they find and develop resource nodes, mine rare earth metals, ship them to the surface and fund research into powerful new technologies. Dig too greedily or too deep and you damage the ecosystem and bring the game to an earlier end - and the depths hold dangers of their own. The big box is packed with screen-printed wooden meeples, submarine and crawler miniatures, a large Depth Dragon miniature, a double-layered board, player boards, action and event cards, marbled dice, wooden resource cubes and punchboard tokens. English edition for 1 to 4 players aged 14 and up, with games lasting around 90 to 140 minutes. | Regular price
