Something exciting popped up in my social media this week. A beautiful new card game called Matter of Nuts. You can find the creator and the game under the same name on Kickstarter! This sort of card game really appeals to me - it looks awesome.
The game is described as a fast paced party game focusing on allowing the players to laugh, steal and show no mercy to the opposition. Yes please!
Amazingly, for only a 58 card deck the game goes up to 8 players. Approximate play time is noted as 20 mins. A nice quick game.
Players simply take on the role of a "paranoid, hungry squirrel" with the goal of collecting more food than anyone else come the end of the game.
From looking on the Kickstarter page the game appears to have a very easy set of rules that will deliver what's noted on the bio. There will be plenty of laughter here, I'm certain of that.
This is Matter of Nuts first project on Kickstarter and I wish them every success. I'm always in awe of new creators in the industry. Go and check them out, give them a follow or even back them if interested. Good luck Matter of Nuts!
