| In 4th-century Thessaloniki, the rising sun cast a golden light over the Forum and the forest of masts in the harbor, revealing a city alive with ambition. Its crowded markets buzzed with traders from across the empire – Greeks, Romans, Syrians, and Illyrians – each driven by profit, intrigue, and opportunity. Whispers of imperial favor and exclusive trade rights drifted through the agora, shaping alliances and rivalries alike. Ships heavy with grain, oil, grapes, and meat groaned at the docks, bound for distant shores or the storehouses of influential elites. You are one such patrician, vying for wealth and power in this competitive world. Here, where commerce and politics are deeply entwined, only sharp strategy and eloquence will secure your place in history. Thessaloniki is a game set in the dynamic merchant age of the 4th-century Roman Tetrarchy. Players step into the roles of driven traders, completing contracts, gathering goods, and conducting trade with allied cities. Strive to sell your products at the most profitable prices or secure valuable shipments to destinations that yield the highest rewards. As the game progresses, you can participate in chariot races and influence the popularity of trade routes, gaining additional benefits by aligning your shipments strategically. Fulfilling contracts that grant powerful advantages is essential on your path to becoming the most influential merchant in Thessaloniki. | Regular price
