A rough estimate of the number of cards within the Cardfight!! Vanguard card game is over 23000 cards! This is a very large number of cards which is great for collectors and players alike. Because of this large number of cards there is something for everybody as it covers multiple genres.
This series features the following clans: Spike Brothers, Tachikaze and Megacolony.
What’s In The Pack? Inside of each Cardfight!! Vanguard: The Raging Tactics – Extra Booster Pack is 7 random cards from the series. Each pack contains at least 2 cards of Rare rarity or higher which is always nice to see. The total amount of cards in this series is 66 card types total with 11 reprinted and corresponding rarities for the series.
Artwork
The card art is very well detailed, with very vibrant colours used throughout. On each card, the quality of the art really shines due to the use of impressive backgrounds that aren't just plain and boring. The backgrounds Compliment the cards nicely and help the character art pop and be clearly defined.
The text for each card is comfortable to read and doesn't get lost in the backgrounds. With how the cards art has been laid out, it allows for full use of the characters art and doesn't feel restricted by card frames that other games can sometimes full victiom to.
My Favourite Part
The favourite part of anyone opening a booster pack is the chance of pulling a highly rare and valuable card that you can add into your deck. This is where the Cardfight!! Vanguard: The Raging Tactics – Extra Booster Pack doesn't fail to disappoint with very interesting cards in the series that have kept their value but also their usability when playing the game.
Pulling a Clearout Dragon, Sweeperacrocanto on opening my first pack was a great experience!
My Final Thoughts
I have been highly impressed by the quality of the art on these cards and the sheer amount of detail on each card is amazing. There is so much detail crammed into each card that is just done so well and looks beautiful. This alone has gotten me into playing Cardfight!! Vanguard and I do not regret it at all.
The game is a bit complicated at first as there is a lot going on, but as you get used to playing it, the game does get simpler and easier to understand. This really allows for individuals to show off their own unique styles and interests while playing which I feel would be quite appealing to many.
Once you get to grips with playing Cardfight!! Vanguard, there is so much enjoyment that can be had from collecting and playing that I feel this is a great place to start If you are looking for a new trading card game to start playing.
