| Leaders: The Vermillion Emperor is the first expansion for the two-player duel of hidden identities and deduction, Leaders. It adds one brand-new Leader, the Vermillion Emperor, and four new characters with powers that can swing a match: a Sniper that can capture the opposing Leader from three or more spaces away in a straight line, a Shaman that turns a visible character into a harmless Frog, a Tactician that lets an ally order another to move, and a Will-o'-the-Wisp that can jump to any empty space on the board. Simply shuffle the four new character cards in with the base game's sixteen, or try the Expert Mode, where four characters are removed at random from the combined pool before play. The box contains six characters with bases (including the new Leader and the Frog), six character cards, two reference cards and a reminder token. A copy of Leaders is required.
