The book has a spiral-bound spine, meaning you can fold it in half, or lay it flat, without concern. Each design can easily fold in half and still function. The beauty of these graphic designs are that they work as well as a single page as they do a spread. The environments on offer range from generic scenes to others that are more specific. Regardless, they'll act as perfect locations to host your session. They'll also aid you in terms of dreaming up new locations. There's a subtle 1-inch grid overlay on top of it (the universal scale system for D&D; 1 inch = 5 feet). The pages are also laminated, so you can use a dry-wipe pen on them if you wish.
