| Fate and Fortune is a 149-card expansion for 7th Sea: City of Five Sails, the expandable card game of schemes, duels and swashbuckling intrigue set in the world of the 7th Sea roleplaying game. Each of the five factions gains a new Leader who changes the way that faction plays, while new Gambling Maneuvers and Gambling Techniques let you press your luck for bigger rewards.
