Cation Arts took to social media recently to further update on their upcoming Terminator 2, Judgement day project. It launches on Kickstarter on the 16th November this year which is hugely exciting news!
Arguably this movie is one of the greatest action movies of all time, some would say it is the best and for me it is right up there. I truly hope the board game can match this reputation!
The game promises a co-op option where players take on the T-1000, or there's also a competitive option where one player will take on the role of this killing machine against the rest of the players, using the heroes of the film.
Further recent news from Cation Arts is that they will be at Essen Spiel this year, demoing the board game for players to come along and try prior to the Kickstarter launch. I would love to go along to the Mega Board gaming event for this but it won’t be happening for me this year, sadly. To all those going, why not take a peek at this one.
To Cation Arts, good luck with your upcoming Kickstarter, I hope you smash it!
Wellbeing Gamer note - I probably have watched Judgement Day more than any other action film in my life. In my late teens I definitely admired Arnie and it inspired me to get into fitness. I even picked up a pair of sunglasses in 2005, that were as close a likeness as I could find to the Sunglasses worn in the movie and I still own them. I’m probably backing this one.
