Exciting news from Iello games recently with the announcement of Little Soldiers.
“Little Soldiers is a family miniatures game where you command a squad of plastic Toys and use everyday objects like a mug, cell phone or cereal box to transform your living room into an epic battlefield!”
This, for me, just sounds absolutely brilliant!
All I can think of is the soldiers in Toy Story. They take their roles so seriously, when the mission is simply to listen in on Andy’s birthday gifts. Incredible. This game wreaks of similarity where you are going to war over a box of cereal. I cannot help but feel there is so much laughter to be had over such a game.
The game is for 2-4 players and a recommended age of 8+. The suggested game time is 30 minutes also which is a game that is right up my street.
Deployment of the game is noted for October 2025 at SPIEL Essen. Hopefully one of many, many highlights at such an event. I cannot wait to learn more detail on the game and I’m very much looking forward to this one hitting the retailers shelves.
