Earth is a fantastic and rewarding game, in which you build up a tableau of plants, flora and fauna, with some simultaneous play and not too long a play time of around 60-90 minutes. Earth is a beautiful game, and one that is a favourite in our household.
Well, out of nowhere, Inside Up Games have just announced Earth Express, a new standalone game that not only increases the player count up to 8 players, but decreases the play time to a reported 15 minutes! We know that it will feature simultaneous card drafting, and is promising to deliver a strong slice of gameplay in a really short time.
We also know that this isn't the only new Earth game in development with another also on the way, and Inside Out Games are drip feeding us information with the next reveal on March 16th and a Kickstarter campaign which you can sign up to the launch of already!
This is one I'm really excited about, and look forward to following the announcements surrounding Earth Express over the coming weeks.
