After the delight and excitement of Pokemon's 30th Celebration release, here comes the dragon...
Delta Reign, (or Storm Emerelda in Japan) is the next instalment of Pokemon's Mega Evolution TCG, and will release on 6th November 2026 in hobby stores near you, including our very own Zatu Gaming Centre on site in Norwich. This is a highly anticipated set, centred around the dragon-type legendary, Rayquaza.
This set will include over 135 cards, including over 35 special illustrations. We can expect several powerful ex cards, including Mega Rayquaza ex, Mega Golurk ex, and Mega Golisopod ex.
So, let's take a look at some of the chase cards in this new set that are stirring up serious excitement!
Legendary Stadiums
Some incredible new Legendary Stadium cards are releasing in this set, which are linking cards featuring connecting artwork. You can spot tiny Pokemon featured within the artwork, and these cards are designed to be played together from your hand in the TCG.
The three distinct Legendary Stadium pairs represent the Hoenn Legendary weather trio: Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza:
The Legendary Trio
Some of the most sought after cards in this set will be SIR's for the trio of legendary Pokemon: Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza. The Rayquaza is a particular fan favourite, and will be one of the biggest hitters in this set.
What's even better is this Kyogre card will be the promo for the Delta Reign ETB!
Trainers
There are some really cool Trainer cards releasing in this set, including two SIR's: Zinnia's Trust and Aarune. These cards feature gorgeous artwork and will be big scores for any fans who manage to pull them.
Go for Gold
Of course, we have the Mega Ultra Rare Gold card for this set: Mega Rayquaza ex, which is without a doubt THE biggest card. Featuring artwork of Mega Rayquaza, it is one of the most detailed and coolest gold cards yet.
And this is only some of the incredible cards releasing for Delta Reign in November; there are so many cards to collect with the following Pokemon all receiving an Illustration Rare: Raikou, Growlithe, Marill, Altaria, Kecleon, Electivire, Inkay, Groudon, Kyogre, Magmar, and more!
Make sure to grab Delta Reign from our Norwich Gaming Centre on 6th November 2026!
