As you play, use the Danger and Reward card guide to learn about some of the environmental dangers our planet faces and what you can do to make a difference.\u003cbr\u003e\nTo get started, shuffle each habitat deck and place them in separate piles nearby, alongside the spinner and sliding thermometer. The youngest player spins first.\u003cbr\u003e\nIf the arrow lands on a color, then pick a card of that habitat. If it's an Animal card, then place it on the matching square on the gameboard; if it's a Danger card, then place it on the blank square on the gameboard. If the arrow lands on the thermometer icon, then move the slider on the thermometer up one notch towards the red.\u003cbr\u003e\nIf the arrow lands on the Earth icon, then move the slider on the thermometer down one notch. If the slider is already at the bottom, then spin the arrow again!\u003cbr\u003e\nPlay then moves to the next player. After a habitat is filled with its matching animals, the next time you spin that color, you can remove the Danger card and add a Reward card instead.\u003cbr\u003e\nCongratulations, that habitat is complete!\u003cbr\u003e\nThe game continues until all the habitats are complete, or the slider reaches the top of the thermometer. If that happens then - uh-oh! - this round of the game is over.
