These Mech suits are proving hugely popular within our home with our young ones. They are living the build offered from the sets followed by some fun play when completed. Here are some key features of this Spider-Man Mech v Anti-Venom.
The Build
At 107 pieces it is a nice simple set for children to get into. For an adult a really easy build but it presents a lovely challenge for them to follow the well laid out construction steps and keeps them engaged. There’s a huge amount of satisfaction for them when completed because they accomplished it.
The Model
These mech sets are a really affordable route into gaining the very cool super hero mini figures. Two excellent minis are included here with Spiderman and Anti Venom and both are exquisite. I love these lego minis and just think they are incredibly cool to have.
Then the Mech suit itself is an action figure like when it is assembled. A really robust unit that I can see the children playing with very well. Particularly when recreating battles alongside the other Lego pieces. Heroes coming in to save the day, excellent.
The Play
I love watching the children recreate situations they have watched on the Amazing Spidey’s TV show or just coming up with their own situations where villains have created a problem and it is up to Spidey to come in and save the day. It’s awesome. To see this added into the other Lego sets we own and watching Spiderman team up with the Jedi to stop Droids from conquering earth just tickles me. It’s very cool.
If this is your first Lego set there is still plenty you can do with Spiderman stopping the Anti Venom from causing trouble and Havoc. There’s plenty of adventure to have in this set alone.
Final Thoughts
A very affordable and accessible Lego set is what we have here that is great as a standalone play set or combines amazingly well with so much other Lego. A great little gift for any young Lego fans.
