Sticky fingers
Who would have thought that balancing sticks between your friends’ fingers and your own would be so amusing? In Yubibo you do just that. Or try to.
A finger-stretching co-op Yubibo is a short, stick-balancing game for 2-8 players by Jelly Jelly Games. It combines dexterity and teamwork in a surprisingly giggly game.
Pick a stick
Choose a player colour and ensure the matching cards are in the deck, make sure the sticks are in range, and then go!

Having selected which hand they will use, a player picks a card, which shows a finger (or thumb) and a player colour. That player balances a stick between a finger of their choice and the one belonging to the player indicated by that card. (If players draw a card of their own colour, they use the finger on the card and select another player at random to connect to).
Play continues around the table with more and more sticks added, until suddenly you have a challenging situation, a slightly achy hand, and are moments away from one or more sticks clattering to the table.
For those wanting a greater challenge, elbows off the table and try to balance the six colourful sponge balls on the sticks!
A stickler for quality
Components are simple, but they don’t need to be complex. The sticks are short dowels that could easily be replaced by chopsticks or skewers. The balls are delightfully bright, and tie into the main theme well (although repetition of player colours can lead players to think that the colours are linked to them personally and that two are missing). The cards are bright and simple to read, with no superfluous information. Everything fits satisfyingly well into the box, which itself has clear portions of the lid to display some contents.
Balls and sticks Yubibo is a short and simple game for adults and children. With clear iconography, simple setup, and few rules, this is an easy game to learn, and a fun way to fill five minutes.
