The hunt is back! Not Alone (Second Edition) has been announced for October 2026, bringing a refreshed version of the tense asymmetric card game to the tabletop.
Luma Imports revealed the new edition alongside Synapses Games at Gen Con 2026, with the game set to launch on October 12, 2026. This isn't just a quick lick of paint either. The Second Edition bundles the original game and its two major expansions into one box, giving new players the complete Not Alone experience from the start!

Not Alone takes place on the mysterious planet of Artemia, where a group of stranded survivors are desperately trying to stay alive. Most players take on the role of the Hunted, working together to explore different locations across the planet while waiting for rescue. The catch? One player becomes the Creature, an alien entity determined to track down the survivors and assimilate them. It's a classic case of teamwork versus one very unhappy local! The game mixes bluffing, deduction, and hand management, with the Hunted trying to predict where the Creature will strike next. Every decision matters, and even choosing where to hide can become a dangerous guessing game.
Everything in one box!
One of the biggest changes in the Second Edition is how much content comes packed inside. The box combines the original Not Alone with both Sanctuary and Exploration, bringing a decade's worth of content together in one complete package. That means players won't need to track down expansions separately to experience the additional challenges. The Second Edition also introduces refreshed artwork, upgraded components, and a streamlined experience designed to make the game easier to get into. For returning players, there's plenty of familiar gameplay alongside the refreshed presentation, while newcomers can jump straight into the full experience.
