Over the weekend, a newsletter was circulated by Karma Games about one of their smash hits that’s been sadly out of print for a little while. It’s a game I’ve been early awaiting since I discovered it at a game night – Clans of Caledonia. This economic management game based in Scotland has several rival clans competing against each other and using the land to gain resources. It became a firm favourite of mine but because it is out of print, I couldn’t secure a copy. Now though a new print run has been announced alongside an expansion. Few details are known on what will be included in the expansion but we can expect a fair bit more content to fit into the small box Clans comes in. Both the expansion and reprint are expected on crowdfunding in late 2023 so keep your eyes peeled.
