I’m absolutely thrilled to see a new Zombicide campaign hitting the crowd funding scene once again. There were worrying times for the brand last year which has been well documented, so to see Fantasy Flight Games and Asmodee come in as co creators and keep the game very much alive is fantastic.
The game went live on April 22nd 2026 and there is clearly no loss of appetite for a Zombicide game. They successfully reached their crowd funding goal on Gamefound in just 32 minutes and 45 seconds, a super effort.

There is so much to see on the crowd funding page and there are plenty of kickstarter goals on the way. Many unlocked already with many more to come. What has impressed me most as a potential backer is the cost template does appear more simple and easy to understand. Previous kickstarters looked confusing but this appears (at the moment) easier to follow which is great as a customer.
The campaign is running for 3 weeks from the time of launch and I have a huge itch already to hit “Back this Project”. Well done Fantasy Flight Games and Asmodee on an already successful crowd funder.
