Maestro Media has teamed up with Disney to create The Disney Afternoon Collection, a nostalgia-packed board game project that’s ready to take fans straight back to those glorious after-school hours of the ’90s.
Before you go clearing space on your game shelf, though – there’s a twist. Maestro Media is taking the crowdfunding route, launching the collection on Kickstarter this fall. Maestro Media is also launching this alongside their brand-new “Rewind” gaming system – a modular framework designed to bring iconic pop culture worlds to life on the tabletop. The Disney Afternoon Collection will be the debut title in this new system, and if it takes off, it sounds like we could see even more beloved franchises getting the same nostalgic treatment.
